INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP DAY 2026 COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.

1. Promoter’s Details: TUI UK Limited and Marella Cruises Limited (the “Promoter”) are members of TUI Group. Registered Office: Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, LU2 9TN. Registered in England, for TUI UK Limited No: 2830117 and for Marella Cruises Limited No: 12562788. TUI UK Limited ABTA No: V5126 and ATOL No: 2524. Marella Cruise Limited ABTA No: Y6722 and ATOL No: 11878.

2. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Entrants must have an active Instagram account. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

3. How to Enter: Internet access is required to enter. To enter the competition, you need to follow Marella Cruises (@MarellaCruises), Rock Luggage (@Rock_Luggage) and ELEMIS (@Elemis) on Instagram, like the competition post and comment tag the account you would take onboard with you. No purchase necessary. No more than one entry can be made per account. No entries from agents or third parties or automatically generated by a computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

4. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice available at https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/privacy-notice

5. Dates: The competition commences on Thursday 30 July 2026. The closing date for entries is Thursday 6 August 2026 at 17:00. All entries must be received by 17:00 on Thursday 6 August 2026.

6. Receipt of Entries: Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.

7. Prize: There will be one (1) winner who will receive a Marella Cruises package holiday for themselves and one (1) accompanying guest. The winner may choose any Marella Cruises itinerary, subject to availability, for a duration of up to seven (7) nights and will be accommodated in a balcony cabin. The holiday must be booked within six (6) months of the winner accepting the prize.

The prize also includes:
Premium All Inclusive upgrade for two (2) guests;
One (1) shore excursion per person;
One (1) spa treatment per person;
One (1) Rock Luggage Primrose Pink Suitcase Set;
One (1) Rock Luggage Primrose Blue Suitcase Set;

Two (2) luxury bathrobe, slipper and towel sets.

The total prize package is worth over £5,000. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. The package holiday prize is subject to availability. It is the winner’s responsibility to check all visa and passport requirements are fulfilled. 8. Selection & Notification: The winner will be chosen by an independent adjudicator and announced by 23:59 on Friday 7 August 2026 by way of private message on Instagram and comment on the relevant post. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner from eligible entries received.

9.Winner’s details: Details of the winner’s name and country of residence will be obtainable after the Friday 7 August 2026 by emailing cruisemarketing@tui.co.uk. Winners must inform the Promoter if they wish to decline publication of this information.

10. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram accept no liability for this competition.
